Class begins with palo santo smudge and deep breathing. I introduce the Chakra for the month and we practice gentle and informing yoga postures for that energy center. Our time will close with a Sound Bath Shavasana, highlighting the Chakra we are aligning with this month.

Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided, you can bring an eye mask if you would like. Please take into account the weather and dress comfortably✨Doors Open 15min before event. Class starts on time, please plan ahead✨No Late Entry as to Honor All✨
