Class begins with palo santo smudge and deep breathing. We will do a brief practice of writing down 1-2 things that you may want to illuminate and invite clarity and healing to. You are invited to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Sounds consist of bowls, various chimes, drums and other healing instruments. This is a great opportunity to give yourself the gift of restoration and healing, a reset by way of sound vibration. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are provided, you can bring an eye mask if you would like. Please take into account the weather and dress comfortably✨Doors Open 15min before event. Class starts on time, please plan ahead✨No Late Entry as to Honor All✨
