Class begins with palo santo smudge and deep breathing to arrive. We will do a brief practice of writing down 1-2 things that you want to nurture healing into and grow (“seeds”). We are writing these on actual seed paper as my gift to you, and you are invited to plant them when you get home, or in a nearby park if you desire!

You are encouraged to make yourself as comfortable as possible (blankets, pillows, blocks are lovingly provided). Sounds consist of bowls, various chimes, drums and other healing instruments. This is a great opportunity to give yourself the gift of restoration and healing by way of sound vibration. Yoga mats are also provided, you can bring an eye mask if you would like, as well as additional blankets or pillows if you desire.
